Situated along ATLās BeltLine, the historic building is undergoing an adaptive reuse project adding over 700,000 SF as well as aiming for carbon neutral operations. The master plan by New City Properties is called Fourth Ward Atlanta.

Los Angeles City Council passed the Electric Vehicle Master Plan
After passing 12-0 on Wednesday, the plan calls for LA to adopt a fleet of 10,000 EVs (even including street cleaners) and deploy charging infrastructure across the city with a mission of having 97,000 charging stations by 2030.
